    This doesnt taste awful, but its not amazing. The instructions say to put in 16 grams of it or one scoop. Well it didnt come with a scoop. The taste is okay but not amazing. Those reasons make it four stars.

    However, the product does its job, and helps my muscle recuperate from exercise. This is a must buy if youre working out regularly. since it does its job, i cant complain too much. just wish i knew how much to put into each drink. 16 grams is hard to measure since most of us dont have balances or whatever to weigh it.

    There really is no substitute or supplement to proper complete diet and a trying workout.
    For Men, the best way to burn caloroes is to increase muscle mass first. That way you will be burning calories faster even when you sleep.
    The process takes some time.
    You will need to really build the muscle first and then as a few months go by you’ll be below 15% fat.
    Don’t try a quick fix, because this can also mean a quick “unfix”.
    For muscle building workouts do not do more than 12 reps at any weight.
    If you can get to 12 reps too easy (not straining), then you are not using enough weight. Go up in 5lb increments.
    At this strain level DO NOT push your muscles like this everyday!
    On your days off from heavy lifting do something aerobic like a bike ride or a swim. No running though, that will not let your sore muscles recuperate properly.
    Do this heavy lifting every other day. That will let you build muscle faster (believe it or not).
    For your diet, make sure you are eating foods high in Iron. Also make sure you get a good supply of meat protien (don’t go overboard).
    Also make sure you get several servings of fish (not fried) every week. Fish has several beneficial minerals and amino acids.

    DO NOT “starve” your body during your muscle building program.
    This will cause your metabolism to go in to a starvation mode and redirect what food you do eat in to fat.

    There will be a short time while you are building muscle that the fat will still be there.
    The reduction of fat is delayed by the body on purpose.

    Be patient.

    A bit of trivia about calorie burning:
    At rest (or sleep) your BRAIN is the #1 user of the bodies calories.
    Also exercise and improve your mind. Learn a new language, take a college course in something that interests you.

    This has worked for me for decades.

    I am now 45 yrs old and eat over 4000 calories per day.
    I’m 6’4″ 220lbs 48-36-42
