This review is from: MOLLE Compatible Combat Medical Kit, with First Aid Supplies (Misc.)

Well, the write up says that the actual bag you receive may not contain everything listed, and it is correct. I basically got a bag full of gauze, with some antiseptic wipes tossed in as a side thought. The medical bag is good quality. However, the first aid supplies within it were a joke. I ended up spending another $100 dollars to get a useful burn kit, trauma kit, and various other items, like tape and emergency splints.

If I had it to do over again, I would have just purchased a medical bag, and then stocked it on my own … which is essentially what I ended up doing anyway, but at an extra twenty or thirty dollars.

I’m also getting real tired of ordering from Amazon and having to pay shipping for each individual item on one order. Shipping on this item was $12. I also ordered another item on the same Amazon order and ended up spending another $10 for shipping on that, too. I’m starting to avoid amazon for this reason.

You have to add a bunch of other stuff to make this kit useful, Enough space to include Isreali Bandages, Blood Clot Pads, stuff like this should have been part of the kit. Molle Gear attachment useful.

Everything is as described. The Molle bag is small yet it opens up to reveal multiple compartments and plenty of emergency materials. I have not used them, and I hope to never NEED them but I feel good knowing I have an emergency kit ready if anything were to come up.
